Mount Carmel Global Outreach serves as an extension of our promise to love God and love people that reaches our neighbors around the world.
Update January 11, 2016:
2015 was another incredible year for the missions ministry. As we settled into our new church home, we were able to expand missions education and awareness to more of our people than ever before. We heard from many of our mission partners including those from Pakistan and Haiti.
We were able to send support gifts to many more of out partners so that they could continue to carry on the work Christ has called them to in many fields.
We were even able to host our first-ever all-day missions conference!
Unfortunately, not everything went as well as we would have hoped for, but God remains faithful. He helped us make some difficult financial decisions regarding some of our missionary partners and even helped deal with loss of a former partner friend from the mission field.
As we look forward to 2016, the buzz about foreign missions is continuing to grow! Individuals are connecting and making international friendships, plans are being laid for future short-term trips, and the planning for this years' missions conference has started already! In addition the International Conference on Missions will be in our backyard this year in Lexington, KY which could mean more opportunities to connect with partners directly!
Missions wants and needs you to be a part of what God has called us to in 2016. Please prayerfully consider becoming a part of this ministry in the year ahead.
